My drop-in service is specifically designed to cater to the specific needs of horses requiring 1-2 visits per day, with a primary focus on their well-being and comfort. The cost for the service is $125.00 per day for one horse. Additionally, for each additional horse, there is an extra charge starting at  $25.00 per horse per day. This ensures that all horses receive the dedicated care they deserve while taking into account the individual requirements of each horse.

 During each visit, I offer a comprehensive range of services to meet your horse’s needs. The following tasks will be performed:

1.   AM and/or PM feeding: I understand the significance of maintaining a consistent feeding schedule for your horses. Whether it’s in the morning or evening, I will ensure they receive their meals on time, following your specific instructions. This includes buckets, supplements, and any additional dietary requirements.  
2.  Refill of water sources: Hydration is crucial for the overall health and happiness of horses. I will regularly refill their water sources, ensuring a fresh and clean supply. If requested, I can also clean and scrub water troughs to maintain optimal cleanliness. Please note that an extra charge may apply depending on the situation.

5.  Turn in and turn out: I recognize the importance of allowing horses to stretch their legs and enjoy some outdoor time. I will carefully and safely handle the process of turning your horses out to pasture or bringing them back into the stable, providing them with the opportunity for exercise and mental stimulation.
6.  Hoof care: I understand the importance of proper hoof maintenance for your horses’ health and comfort. During each visit, I can inspect their hooves, clean them, and apply any necessary treatments, such as hoof oil or dressings. If you require more extensive hoof care, such as trimming or shoeing, I can arrange for a professional farrier to visit at an additional cost.
7.  Fly spray: To protect your horses from pesky flies and other bothersome insects, I offer fly spray application during each visit. This will help keep them comfortable and free from irritation.

6.  Hands-on monitoring for illness or injury: The health and well-being of your horses are my top priority. I will diligently monitor them for any signs of illness or injury. I will perform visual checks, including checking their hooves, and ensure they are in good condition, alerting you immediately if I notice anything out of the ordinary.

7. Text, video, photo updates at each visit: I understand how important it is for you to stay connected with your horses even when you’re not physically present. That’s why I provide real-time updates through text messages, videos, and photos during each visit. You can rest assured that you’ll be informed about your horse’s well-being, including their hoof care and daily activities.
